I am a voracious reader, reading at least 5 books a month, all kinds: fiction and nonfiction -- mysteries, biographies, historicals, some beach reads. I'm currently reading a lot of books about the Tudors and the Plantagenets (War of the Roses).
I've traveled to 47 of the lower 48 states (missed North Dakota) most of them while taking long trips with my grandkids when they were young. I've traveled overseas only to England, Scotland and Ireland. I'm hoping to get healthy enough for a trip to Alaska and for some riverboat cruises through Europe and Russia.".
