Life My Spouse We met at a small church in Grass Valley, CA. He started going there while I was working at Raley's in the health food dept. I heard about him from the singles group for six months before I met him. We were married 2 yrs later in '89. My husband has now been leading weekly Bible studies in prisons for 19 yrs including New Folsom maximum & minimum security prisons and a medium security federal prison in BC, Canada. FYI: How to keep a real Christmas tree fresh for months: Fresh Cut tree and carve 1" of the bark off at the cut end or carve off 1" of bark on the cut end of a pre-cut tree. As soon as possible - plunge the cut end into this solution proportions: 1 qt water, 1 Tbsp sugar, 1 Tbsp ammonia (PineSol) Keep the tree's exposed bark immersed in the solution and it will stay green and lose far less needles than usual for weeks on end. It kind of 'pickles' the tree. When we are in drought conditions, this will help the tree stay green and keep it's needles for the usual month it is up (for those of us that are less fanatical) 4th of July! She recently married a very nice Englishman. Our teen boys are home-educated. They are in a Scottish pipes & drums marching band. One plays bagpipes - the other, snare drum.
