A's Story

I am currently married and have three sons from previous marriages, and a lovely 18 year old granddaughter. 30 years ago i moved to the Seattle, Washington area after living and working in northern California for the previous 11 years. I married my wife Dorothy and have been happily married since. We both enjoy music as one of our past times. Some 22 years ago Dorothy was asked to take over the directorship of a local community choir which she has proceeded to grow and develop over this past years from some 13 members, into a full 50+ member choir. Me, I just sing in the back row. Truthfully, We both love this organization and will probably continue our involvement for another 20 years - God willing. en involved in the career development field as a career management and development consultant. I've also been a lecturer, trainer and instructor of career and job search subjects at community colleges in the area. My individual job interview training work was featured in the Seattle Times article titled ¿How to Ace the Interview¿ (S. Holt, Seattle Times, October, 2002). And, in 2006 I had my first and only book published on the subject of job interview preparation titled, Memory Mining, Digging for Gems from Your Past Good Work. I am also serving my second term as President of the Puget Sound Career Development Association. That's enough about me. Write to me I look forward to hearing from anyone from Torrance High.
