Aaron's Story
Life
I am Professor of Management and Psychology at Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts. I have lived in Boston since 1979. Since 1982 I am married to Diane Austin, who is the Dean of Student Affairs at Lasell College in Newton, Mass. We live in a condominium in the city and enjoy all of the cultural activities of Boston, including the Boston Symphony and, of course, the world champion Boston Red Sox, the Celtics, and the New...Expand for more
England Patriots! We also have a cottage in the Berkshires in western Massachusetts.
I moved to Boston after completing my doctorate in Organizational Psychology at the University of Tennessee. I have received awards for teaching and advising at Bentley and have published a book and several journal articles. My current teaching and research interests are focused on interpersonal relations in management and emotional intelligence.
