about 9 months. I had a few odd jobs for a couple months, then found a job at the Gatesworth and stayed there for 2 years. I was the garde manger under Chef Brian Hardy and really enjoyed my time there. I now work for Mihalis Chophouse, which is hopefully opening soon.
