Late post from earlier today. Beautiful running weather outside today. Ran 10.84 miles. Total run time: 1:32:01. Average  pace: 8:29 mile. Mile splits are: 8:59, 8:30, 8:37, 8:27, 8:18, 8:37, 8:16, 8:31, 8:24, 8:02, 8:34. F
Just absolutely beautiful running weather outside today. Since yesterday I ran 10.84 miles, today I decided to take an easy run. Ran 6.03 miles. Average pace 8:32 mile. My goal is to run 13 miles by the end of the week.
Beautiful nice drizzle rain running weather. Feels good to run in drizzling raining weather. Nothing hard, just nice easy steady pace. Average pace:8:32 mile.Total run time 42:54.
Ran 2.76 miles with Francisco Javery. Felt really good while running. Left knee felt really good. Total run time- 22:22. Mile splits- 1mile-8:15, 2 miles-7:58, 2.76 miles-8:02. Average pace- 8:05 per mile.

Came to gym to do some leg workouts and test the left knee to see how it does on weights. So far so good.

Weather outside today was very hot, but then it started to rain. Ran 8:28 miles. Split times 1-8:46, 2-8:28, 3-8:43, 4-8:39, 5-8:40, 6-8:54, 7-9:19, 8-8:48, 8.28-9:37. Average pace-8:50 miles. Last 3 miles ran in the rain.

Now people think that running a race is easy. Well look closely at this course. This is called the grueling hill. Yes, you have to run up that nasty grueling hill....45 minutes long uphill.
