Adam's Story
Life
Well, I've been in the Marines since after graduation (3 Sept. 1996), I was an F/A-18 "Hornet" Aircraft Mechanic (fighter jets), now I'm a recruiter in Provo, UT (Wheeee, Lucky Me!!!!).
I'm not married, nor divorced, still single and no kids.
Been all over the Mediteranean Rim of Europe and to the Persian Gulf (5 times), I have 18 months of sea time aboard two Aircraft Carriers (USS Enterprise, CVN-65 ('98-'99), and USS Harry S. Truman, CVN-75 ('00-'01)) and 3 combat operations (4, if you count the 2 times I was in support of OP: Southern Watch (Iraq), and OP's: Desert Fox (Iraq, Dec. '98) and Deliberate Forge (Kosovo, beginning of '99))under my belt! On top of all the detachments I've made across the U.S. and the Carribean, I've done a bit of travel. I.E.:

Pretty much just read and tinker on my toys in my off time, I have my 5 project vehicles, '96 Chevy 4x4, '69 Chevy 4x4, '73 Chevy pickup, and yes, I still have my El Camino!!
Just been hookin and jabbin, liven the rock and roll lifestyle of a U.S. Marine Sergeant, OOHRAH!! Got promoted to Staff Sergeant on 1 April, 2005!

What can I say, Locomotive Born, Locomotive Bred, from August 1992 til May 1996, then I went and got a "worldly" education, U.S.M.C.!
Military
After being stationed in Beaufort, SC for over 6 years as an F/A-18 Hornet powerplants mechanic. Serving in 3 units, and deploying aboard 2 aircraft carriers for Operations Southern Watch, Desert Fox, and Noble Anvil, I'm now currently recruiting out of Provo, Utah. Nice to be back out west closer to friends and family, but would rather be fixing jets!!
