Adam's Story

Life I got married in 1989 to a local Austin girl. I really enjoyed married life for about 2 years, but I took a vow and stuck it out about 12 more. Sadly I had to become single again in 2002 due to some wonderful education in addiction intervention. However, I did manage to get three beautiful little girls out of the marriage and for three years I was their only parent involved in their lives. At the time they were 2, 3, 4. tresful on my girls). Well my traveling did kind of lose me some points, but I am still a 50/50 father for them. Currently I am living in South Austin and fully enjoying life. College Well my college experience was quite elongated. First I attended Texas Tech right after High school on a vocal scholarship. I was doing well, but watching my engineer roomate study as much as I was having to really made me think. So I took off four years to pursue a commercial music career. It was a fun time as I played in several different bands. The last band was as successful as one can be and not be heard. We actually did a leg of a Stevie Ray Vaughn tour in 1989. But I got married and decided I wanted to really support a family. Then I returned to Lubbock and pursued my Civil Engineering degree and finished in 1994.
