Adell's Story
I was quiet in school. In Choir (Mr. Fenn) and took 4 years of German (Mr. Kopecky). Best friends were Gail Saville and Gail Sopher.. After graduation went to Abilene Christian University for 6 weeks summer session and stayed the year. Got engaged to a Canadian there and have been married almost 43 years. Spent 38 years in Canada (Victoria, BC and Saskatoon, Saskatchewan). Had 4 kids. Oldest a boy and 3 girls. oma ( one is an author, married with 3 children, next daughter is a grade 4 teacher in Guthrie, Oklahoma, and our youngest is married and works for Verizon Network Co-Ordinator Engineering and Operation. Son came down because he wanted to be fireman (remember Emergency! the TV show. He loved it as a boy). Well he is now Division Chief of Training and Emergency Medical Services in Farmers Branch TX near Dallas. We moved to Texas end of 2009. Had a house built. I am happy to be back down here.
