Al's Story
After high school graduation I attended college in Ripon Wisconsin, and then in SUNY New Paltz. The state college was more demanding and rewarding than the private school. At SUNY I met the girl I married--we're still together after 47 years! I taught high school English for a few months in the Hudson Valley, then found my way into the Army as a medic. Albany, had our first child, then moved back to metro NY area--worked in a hospital in Queens, then made a "career" in the US Postal Service, thanks to a parent of one of our classmates. I retired in 2005. I worked for a few years off and on with Michael's Arts and Crafts, left that in 2012. Now I pretend to be an artist, classical guitarist, and sooner or later, I'll write my book. I look forward to seeing you all at the 50th!
