Al's Story
Hello all you Boonton alums.
Here's some info to let you know what I've been doing over the last 40+ years.
Due to my lack of studying in HS, I went to a Junior College in Kansas along with Pete Ross. Pete was there for 1 year and I stayed for 2 and then went to K-State for just a semester. I ran out of funds an ended up in the Navy.
Spent 6 yrs in the Navy on submarines all in the Pacific. Spent time between Hawaii and Guam. Got married while I was in the Navy and had 2 kids before getting out in 1975.
Went back to school and got a BS in Computer Science at Cal State - Chico (I learned to study).

le and spent 25 years with them, mostly in Cincinnati. Had a third kid while in Cincy. Also picked up an MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati.
Got transferred to Arkansas to work on the Wal-Mart team and am still here...but now working for Wal-Mart. My 1st wife and I divorced in 2002 and I remarried in 2006.
My three kids are all out of college and one is a PhD with a degree in Molecular Biology. Doing research on Botox.
Still running marathons. Have done over 40 with 15 Boston's & several NY. Planning to run another one in Feb after I hit 60.
That's about it for now. Hope everyone is doing well out there.
