Life After high school I went to college and worked on a construction crew. In 1977 I went to work for General Motors and moved from one department to another, I moved around so much trying to find something I liked doing. In 1994 I was selected to join the training department. I started out in the Team Training area but in 1997 they asked me to do training at the CHR (Center for Human Resources) in Auburn Hills Michigan. This required me to travel to different GM plants East of the Mississippi. The class was Needs Anyalysis and I had to pass a strict evaluation from Peter Esseff Ph.D the devolaper. Then I was asked to help out with Health and safety training, this would requirer me to know some 26 different classes in all. I recently turned down a new job in Auburn Hills that would have required me to travel all over the United States and over seas. My family wanted me home more so I am staying at the Lansing operation for now. Along the way I got to know a lot of good people who showed me what life was all about.
