Life
Attended Babson College; BA Economics UMass/Amherst; Masters program in Urban Policy, Tufts University.
Peace Corps Cameroon, Coop advisor and Peace Corps Trainer.
Served in numerous state and local governments as anti-poverty program manager and then as a municipal tax specialist.

Romania, Rwanda, Montenegro, Kosovo, Egypt and Kazakhstan as a Municipal Development Advisor. Currently working for the Government of Mauritius.
Married to a wonderful woman from Romania, Irina, and our joys are Little Natasha born in 2004 and Matei born in 2007.
We will continue overseas development work as long as it is fun, interesting, and worthwhile.
