Alan's Story
After shcool I joined the Army and traveled the world, got married, had 2 daughters. in 1990 it was time for a change so I got off of active duty joined the National Guard, and moved to Shelton Wa. I worked for the National Guard for 16 years as a Painter and a Mechanic. In Sep 2003 I sold my house and bought 8 acres in Union and strated to build a house and shop. wife and She took care of everything and in March 04 she was able to move into our new house. I spent 1 year in Balad Iraq and after my return I realized that I had no desire to return to Iraq. So in Dec 06 after 26 1/2 years in the military I retired. Life is good I now have 2 grandchildren a girl Kira and a boy Jimmy. My Daughters live close by so the grandkids spend alot of time with my wife and me. I am currently going to shool to get my CDL And Diesel mechanics to further my Knowledge on diesel equipment.
