Alan's Story
I attended the 40-year reunion in October 2002. I live outside of Woodland, CA, about 20 miles NW of Sacramento. I play mandolin and sing in a Bluegrass band, "The Notorious Shank Brothers", with my brother, Erik, class of S '60. miner (15 years) and software engineer ('89 - '08), now retired and LOVING IT! I've been married twice, one daughter, age 33, one grandson, age 16 months. Current wife is Kathleen Stock, from the Quad Cities. I'm in touch with Gary Mader from our class and Steve Persson from S '63, track buddies.
