Albert's Story
Wildest thing in HS was getting into needed bloody fights w/bullies.
Lived on 5th St until 1964, then Buselton, with parents, until 1970. Married and liveds in Buselton and Willow Grove. Divorced and lived in Oakland, San Francisco from 1977-1983, then SF peninsula area. Lived and worked in Germany 1987-1990. Then, back to SF area until 2001. Moved and retired to San Diego area. Ten years later landed my dream job in Carlsbad Ca in charge of civil engineering design & construction for a telcom company.
Heroes were George Washington and Ben Franklin.
If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have flexibility, freedom to prioritize assignments, and privacy to be able to deal with the day-to-day.
I always wanted to be a electronics engineer when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a good idea. As it turns out, they were wrong. I became a registered civil engineer.
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Steve Callaghan, because we were best friends and shared many good times.

k of social concern by younger generations.
I'd love to see Foster, Bunsin Benney, Mcglaughlin, Fox and even Peck again to compare life's notes.
If I won $100 million, I'd give most of it to ASPCA, then spend the rest on cancer research, traveling and several small homes.
College was the worst time of my education. It was all like boot camp and frats were like DI's. We didn't appeal to each other. I became a loner and a studious student w/o any social life, which was fine. I was always busy.
My 1st crush was my 4th Grade teacher, Ms. Johnson, a blond bomb shell, who, by coincidence, had also been my baby sitter much earlier. I never saw her again but I guess she became my ideal type to look for. That became Barbara Smith in 8th Grade. But I was shy and never dated or talked.
For one do-over, I should never have married my 1st, gone to Scripps Institute for Oceanography, worked there or Woods Hole, and bought property early in either.
My first job was at Sears, where I got paid about $5/hr to stock clothing. What I remember most about it is my super, Mr. Finetouch who facinated me w/his great Sears stock holdings.
