Albert's Story
Life
I have very much enjoyed the trajectory of my life, and continue to have a lot of personal satisfaction from my station in life. Like everyone, I have good days and bad days and have gone from the top to the bottom and back again.
Everyday is an adventure and never boring.
Workplace
One day many of us were in the Senior Quad and we got to talking about what we were going to do for a living when we graduated. I said that I was going to race for a living and that is what I did. In fact Santa Fe has a few racing alums that have done very well for themselfs. Mark Cornilius, and Wayne Rainey to name a couple.

g racing but soon branched into other forms of racing as well. At one point I was crew chief for Richard Smith who won the 1984 AHRA and ADRA national championships. I came home that year and started a company called Race Parts that soon evolved into Butch Schrier & Co. I provided engineering services to companies that manufacture engine related components and assemblies. I have also done training, engine research, and a bunch of other really boring to everyone else kind of stuff.
I currently still have BSC, but in 2000 started a little manufacturing company called brand X nitrous engineering to design and build nitrous systems.
