Alberta's Story
Alberta grew up at Morse Lakes in Bloomingdale, New Jersey. Her schools include Butler High School. She is married.
My husband Chuck & I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary in January 2015. We have three children ... all are married and each couple has a son & daughter ... that makes 6 grandchildren ... the last one born May 20, 2014.
I work per diem two days a week at Memorial Hospital, North Conway, NH and Winter months three days a week at Attitash Ski Area in Bartlett, NH
TV shows Alberta likes include: The Middle, Modern Family, Mike & Molly, Sunday Morning on CBS and Bazinga.... The Big Bang Theory. I also like Downton Abbey and 180 degrees from that show I never miss an episode of Deadliest Catch & Dancing with the Stars!
Some of my favorite movies are: On Golden Pond, Dr. Zhivago, all the Chevy Chase movies and John Candy movie...Expand for more

Music..... well, I have a wide range of types I love. From Celtic, Folk, all the 60's sounds and Sinatra, Michael Bouble' (is that spelled correctly?) and country music .. Garth, George Jones, George Straight, so many more and I still love Elvis!
I love to downhill & cross country ski and snowshoe. That's how we get around up here in NH! (LOL). I live 15 minutes south of Mt. Washington! So beautiful here. In warmer weather I walk and love working in my flower garden, and do some kayaking. I also do Zumba and yoga. I love to dance and still sing & play my guitar once in a while. I just joined a ukulele group and am taking lessons. Every year for my birthday I choose something new to learn or do, this year it was the ukulele.
