While in my last year of high school I got a part time job at "Lucky's" if anyone can remember that grocery chain store. Then I switched over to Mervyn's while attending college. While in college I got a paid internship with Levis Strauss in SF. Once that finished I worked at Mervyn's for 9 years total then worked for Jessica McClintock as a sales rep. or Emporium Capwells then the men's area as department manager. Then I went to work for Macy's and moved from the store line to planning and buying areas. Stayed there for 9years also. Overall I have been in retail for over 18years. Last year I did a 180 degree switch and went into the home loans industry. I stopped because my husband needed help running the business and I needed to be home more with my kids. So that's where I am at now.
