's I decided to change careers and started my affair with software. I've been involved with software engineering in the commercial world, in one way or another, since 1983. I started with Bausch & Lomb, then Tektronix, Intel and finally Motorola in Austin. I am now the Program Manager for a division that focusses on the development of Computer Aided Design (CAD) applications for Motorola. My son has graduated from college (James Madison University) and works in the financial world. Needless to say, I am extremely proud of him.
