Alicia's Story
I can't believe it is almost 25 years since graduating from Mukwonago. After High School I attended UW-Madison. I graduated in 1989 with a BS in Agriculture.
I met my husband Steve my senior year. He was a student at UW-Platteville, graduating with a mechanical engineering degree. Once Steve graduated he took a job with James River Paper Co. in Green Bay, where we have now have been for 17 years. I worked for Birdeye Foods in Green Bay for 13 years as an Inventory Control Analyst. However, 3 years ago Birdseye decided to close the Green Bay location which left me looking for a job again. I currently work as an expeditor for Fluid System Components, they are a hydraulics fabricator.
Steve currently works for Appleton Papers.

e is on the swim team, softball team and plays trombone in the band. She has her first serious boyfriend and will be taking behind the wheel this fall. Not sure I am ready for this stage of her life or mine. Olivia is our other daughter, she is 13 and will be in 8th grade at Bayview Middle School. She is on the softball team , tennis team and plays trumpet in the band.
Steve and I are enjoying being involved with the girls activities. I forgot how much I enjoyed Friday Night Football games at the High School. We also enjoy, of course, the Green Bay Packers.
I haven't been back to the Mukwonago area in almost 3 years. My parents moved to Arkansas 3 years ago, so we no longer have a reason to go down to that area.
I do miss Mukwonago at times, and think often of the friends I made and the journeys I have had since.
