Alisha's Story
Life
After graduation I completed military schooling for the U.S. Army, and started classes at U of L. In 1987 I got married, and I now have 3 beautiful children. I moved away from Louisville in 1988, but by 1994 I was back in town. I started working on my teaching certification in 1996, and graduated from U of L in 2000 with a Master's Degree in Education, and started teaching at Iroquois High School. Also...Expand for more
, I completed and Master's in Education in 2004 in hopes of becoming a School Counselor. I have now been at Iroquois for ten years, and have really enjoyed being back home. Life has really come full circle, as I watch new groups of students graduate from Iroquois every year. In my personal life I am just sitting back and waiting for grandchildren, since I now have two children that are in college and working.
