Mountain colors again. Coming into the small town of Sigurd, Utah. Large gypsum plant here that manufactures drywall.
On the way back home from Fish Lake to Aurora, Utah. I'm always amazed at the colors that are in the mountains all around Sevier Valley. Beautiful and very unique.
Coming into the Fish Lake park from home. Fish Lake is about 30 miles from the house and if we keep going East we would drop down to Capital Reef. We're at about 9,000 ft. altitude here.
Lynn wants me to get some fresh milk, Really!
Very East side of the lake where we ate lunch. Very serene and quiet with the occasional mooing from the herd.
Coming from the East side of the lake, we noticed to seasonal changes on the mountain. The picture really doesn't do it justice.
Had to be a herd of over 500 cattle along the lake side. At least this group weren't in the road.

Weekend cabin at the lake. Nice and comfortable. Good fishing and the sound of gunfire in the distance during season. Well, O.K., good fishing and hiking. Also, 4 wheeling around the trails.

Driving down the mountain from the lake you can see Piute County and some of the small towns below. Drive careful though, it's one heck of a drop. No guardrails.
