Allen's Story
Life
After graduation,I worked with Central Frt. Lines. I left as a supt. in transportation to enjoy a position as a safety and shop supt. with Fleming Foods.In '83 I opened a truck & auto repair shop.We've since expanded to include marine service and custom carburetors for both racing and restoration.
My first ex (sounds bad doesn't it) and I have three sons together,ages 35,31,and 25.We also have eight grandchildren,two boys and six granddaughters.
My third wife is a keeper. I've adopted her daughter,Angel.I really couldn't be happier.
My hobbies include drag racing, and deer hunting in Mexico.Since high school I've had a number of cars. I currently have a rear engine alcohol...Expand for more
dragster( as of 2009 we're back on race gas with nitrous),(Larry Keeling is a big help with racing the dragster).
We now are currently racing two more cars, a 55' Top Sportsman and a 68' impala(for my youngest son).
My youngest son recently got married ,just pryor to leaving on his first tour of duty in Iraq,as Marine Corp Lance Corporal Jimmy Bills. Please keep him in your prayers.
Update- Jimmy has now been honorably discharged from the Marines as a Staff Sargeant in May of 2009 after serving seven years for our country. I'm very proud of him and glad to have him home and out of harms way. It's a little nerve wrecking when your kids go over seas to fight in another country.
