Well, this is the mini version of 42 yrs. since H.S. After H.S. I went to Seminole C.C. for one term, majored in cards and beer. Finally realized to late that there wasn't much of a careen in that. March of the following year President Nixon requested my presence (READ: DEMANDED) to serve in the Armed Forces. So as we all remember it was either go to Canada or serve, the choice was an easy one, so I went into the Armed Forces (not by choice). They decided that I would make a good candidate to be a combat medic, so being the agreeable guy that I am, I said ok, (like I had a choice). Well, I soon realized that wasn't much of a career either. I was assigned to Viet Nam and served most of my time there. It goes without saying that I opted out after my 2-year commitment.
