Allen's Story
Hard to believe at 68 you can join a cross fit training class with people 20 - 40 years younger than myself. I had a heart attack in 2005 and cancer in 2013-14. Due to 33 radiation treatments and chemo by the time it was over I lost 50 pounds and spend six days in the hospital because my digestive system shutdown.

I amazed I can keep up. Each week my fitness improves. Despite my age, I don't see any limitations to my physical ability. My original motivation was to stay out of the hospital. What I am discovering is a spiritual well being. I wasn't seeking that or expecting that. I didn't think a 68 year old man belonged in this class.. But the feedback I am getting from the staff is that I am setting an example to follow.
