Allison's Story
Life
I am very happily married to a wonderful man named Michael. We celebrated our 10th anniversary on April 5th, 2007. We have three incredible boys, ages 9, 7, & 2 1/2. We currently live in Orlando, FL. I love it here! Warm weather, Disney World, the beach only an hour away. My husband is Vice President of Operations for a restaurant chain called Red Hot, & Blue. I am mostly a stay-at-home mom and feel blessed every day that I can be home with my children!! But, I also work part time about 13 hours a week just to get out of the house and see other adults! Here's a little background on what led me to where I am today....After high school I did a lot of modeling in Atlanta and also graduated from University of Georgia with a bachelors degree in Journalism. Following graduation, I started a children's modeling agency in Atlanta. I then moved to New York City and was a model there with The Ford Modeling Agency. nsfer, and I worked as a Realtor there. We then moved to Charlotte, NC, where we lived for 4 years, and then we ended up in Orlando, FL, and we've been here about 4 years. Life has never been boring for me! We are once again getting a job transfer and this time it will be to Winston-Salem, NC. I'm not so thrilled about that one! But, we will be putting the house on the market soon. Switching gears....on a sadder note, my mom passed away on January 1, 2003, from Leukemia. That has been one of the toughest things I've ever had to face. My mom and I were very close and life is very empty without her. Hope all of you are doing well. I would love to touch base with any former Sequoyah classmates. I often think back on the highschool days. I can't believe I turned 42 in Dec. 2007!! I really enjoyed our 20-year reunion. It was like being in a time warp. I always think of everyone as being 16 years old. Everyone was so nice and friendly and it was fun to catch up and laugh a lot together. My best to everyone and looking forward to saying hello!!
