Life
Wow, 12yrs in Real Estate/ Mortgage has seen a lot of changes. I have been self employed for so long I dont remember any other way.
However, times change and I find myself researching a new way of life. Interestingly, its pointing me back to college for a career change. My kids laugh at the thought of "Mom" going to school and having to do homework. Since I am the homework dictator at my house, they seem to think I will be getting a taste of their lifestyle. Hahahahahahah... they cant imagine that I went to school as a kid like they do and had to do all the homework they do. We'll see. Maybe my trip back to school will bring us together at the kitchen table for study time.
As for the kids themselves. Not much changes. Jonsey (Anthony for those who dont know Jonsey is a nickname since he was 9 mos) is 13, has grown 4 inches since July to stand taller t...Expand for more
han me at 5'8. He has decided that any and all sports are it for him. Football, Baseball, Basketball - anything really that involves a ball. This is his last year in youth football since he will go to HS next year and intends to play. We'll see... I try to remind him that HS sports required him to maintain a GPA.
Savannah, well, shes 12, sassy, way too smart and all GIRL. Cheer is her lifestyle - cheer practice, competition, choreography, routines, stunting, music... shes already planning on coming back to youth cheer in HS as a trainer/choreographer, while cheering for her HS. If her size 11 shoe is any indication and that shes just turned 12 and already 5'5 - I am hoping her feet are done and her body is just going to catch up.
Other than that - I am still the same. Single, but not really looking. Involved with the kids which is just where I want to be.
