I've had a few job titles in my working life: pizza counter person, Medical Assistant, Waitress, Administrative Assistant, vacuum salesperson (very briefly), Rural carrier and finally City Letter Carrier. I've been with the US Postal Service for almost five years. I began as a rural carrier delivering out of my 99 Toyota Camry (not comfortable...Expand for more
at all) I've been a clerk, part time carrier and now I am a Regular City Carrier assigned to my own route in a Maine. I enjoy my job because I've never been able to be tied to a desk and with my job I am outdoors (rain, sleet, snow) about 5 hours a day. Having said all that, my best and most difficult job has been being a Mom to my 2 daughters and son.
