Amy's Story

Life I have been married to Michael Doerfler since 1994. We had our first child February 1st 2000 and had our second child September 28th of 2001. I have been in and out of school but I finished my bachelor's degree in 2002. I was a telephone operator for over seven years at US West/Qwest. They offered a buyout and my husband and I decided to take it to be a stay at home mom. My husband is an electrition and plays softball. We have a very full and happy life together...Expand for more
. I was a volunteer homeless caseworker at the YWCA then went to work for st vincent de paul as an emergency service coordinator and am now a mental health associate. College I was in family studies 31 with 5 other people. I have had a hard time finding a job, however I have enjoyed staying at home with my children. I am a volunteer homeless caseworker at the YWCA and that is very fullfilling too. If anyone from my class sees this I hope that they will contact me.
