Amy's Story
I'm Amy Pickinpaugh. I was born and raised in Florida, and grew up in Palm Harbor. Graduated from East Lake High School (by the skin of my teeth) and joined the Airforce shortly after. I did a four year term and got out. While I was in, I met my husband of 13 years, John Pickinpaugh, who is the best friend and love of my life. We are a military family of 5. through the years and have decided recently to go back to school. I am attending classes through "University of Phoenix" online and "Christian Leadership University" to earn a Counseling degree. Family and Marriage counseling. We are headed back to Ramstein Airbase in Germany, to finish up my husbands career and "retire" from the military life. If all works out as planned we'll return to Florida, where we both have family, in the year 2012.
