A few months before my 19th birthday, I interviewed for the apprenticeship program that is offered at PSNS. I was picked up about 3 months later. I went through the four year program and graduated a journeyman level marine electrician. In my third year working at PSNS, I met Clayton and just about two years later we got married. ge traveling for work. Since we don't have or intend to have kids, it works out well for us. In the last few months I have been promoted to Work Lead on the project I'm working on in preparations to become a first line supervisor. My husband and I own a house in Kitsap county. I am working towards my degree in business management, but its a slow process considering that I work more than 50 hours a week.
