Amy's Story

Life I enjoy being a homeschooling mom of 4 beautiful children. I am still very close with Shawna, Shane and Dallas. I love to bake... maybe it was the special browines we made in home ec.that started it all. I am an active member of my church. I'm very happy and wouldn't change much about my life. I am not a wild and crazy person, only occationally do I do something out of the ordinary. Only twice in the last month have I backed into any cars! I am not even sure anyone is even intrested in reading this so I am just going to type stuff to make it look like I filled this whole thing up to make it look as if my life is full of wonderful and exciting things and only the ones who endure to the end will know that if I were to really share what I think is most important is the fact that my child's eyes light up when she is learning to read because I have taught her how. And that the most exciting time of the day is when my son goes running through the house shouting DADDY'S HOME! The most precious times are when we are gathered as a family in condolence to the latest fish we had to have a funeral for, or laughing around the dinner table about small things that happened through-out the day. You may also find out that the most upsetting thing is well everything that upsets ME. It is a known fact around our house that 'if mom ain't happy ain't nobody happy'. It is an old saying but the truth still the same. My mom is a major factor in my life and I love her for it. She works at a prominent department store in the east valley and loves it. I just realized that depending on what kind of mood one was in this bios thing could really sway one way one day and another the next. That is really kind of a bummer because it is really difficult to come up with 4000 word or less to explain your entire life. I guess I could go into the depths of the importance of keeping focused in all that you do,but have I mentioned the fact that if you freeze liquid in a sealed container or boil e...Expand for more
ggs in the microwave oven all you get is mess after mess that moms just don't enjoy cleaning up, or the fact that it hurts majorly when you step on a lego bare foot. This is really starting to make me nervous, I mean this bios thing is a reflection of who you really are as a person and I am realizing that I had it summed up in the first ten words and the rest is just filler is that where they get the saying that we only use 10% of our hearts?? That brings me to my next 80's issue (does anyone else suffer from the 80's syndrome as I do?) I mean like, don't you just want to be selected to be on the "they" committee I wish I was on the 'who is permited to exit their house looking the way they do" committee but that is a whole other story in itself. Am I even allowed to make the statement with the words 80's, issue and syndrome all in the same sentence? That is like bridging the decade gap right there. Oh whatever, I am all off subject, what was the subject again? Me? Well I think we've pretty much covered everything, aside from all the important things I have done with my life like systematically changed the world, what am I saying I have never done anything systematically in my life. Well unless you want to count that one time... but that wasn't even my fault. Well here's to all the wonderful moments I had in high school like the time it snowed and the time I braided Travis' hair and... ok so there wasn't that many but since then I have really gone and done some great things. Some of my favorites being: driving through the Sequoia Forest, seeing the gateway to the west, visiting Stanley Park, hiking Sandia Peak, swimming the hot springs of Givens, ID and snorkeling in Cabo San Lucas. Do you get the picture that family matters most to me and seeing and learning new things. I guess I can't go on any further without mentioning that I love the Lord Jesus with all my heart and I hope I can spread His love to many others. I hope you enjoyed reading this and it wasn't boring.
