Amy's Story
Allan and I moved to Logan, Utah in 2004. Life in a small town is different than the Chicago suburbs but we are loving "living la vida Logan". Our 3 kids are thriving - our daughter heads off to college in the fall, and our sons will be a junior and an 8th grader next year. Logan was rated safest metro community in the nation, best place to retire, etc - it is great to have our kids ride the free city bus anywhere in about 15 minutes, head off to ski at our local resort 20 mil...Expand for more
es away, or walk 3 houses up the bench to the Cache National Forest to hike or mountain bike. Enjoying the beauty of God's amazing world is so easy here! We are adjusting to being part of the religious minority, accept that we can't go out for a drink on weekends because there are no bars and head to Park City as often as we can! I'm working part-time for our church and substitute teaching a bit - keeps me busy and expands our social network. Can't wait to catch up this fall.
