Kim's Story
Life
I have been very busy. I went to Rolling Hills High my freshman year and transferred to Torrance High for my last 3 years of High School. I went to Torrance High my sophomore and junior years. For my senior year I went to Torrance Adult School. Right after High School I met Joe who would later turn out to become my husband. We dated for about 6 months when I found out that I was going to have our first child. Joe Jr.was born January 19, 1987.
During the next 4 years I went to El Camino College and SCROC where I became a Medical Assistant. I also gave birth to our other son Mike in 1988 and our daughter Jessica 1990.
In July of 1996 we all (me, Joe, Joe Jr., Mike, And Jessica) moved to Chandler Arizona. Joe and I finally got married in March 1997 and later that year we had our 4th and last child Matthew.
That was a big year for us, getting married, having our last child, and we also bought our first home.
In May of 2000 I started my own Daycare business. The Day...Expand for more
care has been very successful as well as very rewarding. I can't believe it's been 5 yrs since I started it.
Speaking of growing, our children are not little anymore. Joe Jr. just graduated from Hamilton High School with a 3.0 GPA. He is now 18 and going to college. Michael is a junior at Basha High and doing great. Then theres Daddys little Princess Jessica who is a sophomore at Basha High. She is very strong and stubborn, she was pushed ahead one grade because she is so bright and is striving to maintain a 3.5 GPA or better all through her 4 years so she can go to a veterinarian college. Last but not least our son Matt just turned 8 and is going to start the 3rd grade. He is a lot like his father. They share a lot of the same interests as well as they look a like.
Big Joe works as a correctional office in Florence Arizona. He is a firearms instructor, a self-defense instructor, and he is also on the TSU Team (Swat Team) for the state. We have all come a long way.
