Life
My last name is back to being Alexander. I can be reached at andrea (dot) alexander at humber (dot) ca.
I have been working as a dispatcher for a Fire Department just north of Toronto (City of Vaughan) since April 2001. I also teach part-time at Humber College in Toronto (Emergency Telecommunications Program) and love it. I continue to be a student (in an online environment) working on a GIS certificate and taking professional development courses, as well as design courses for teaching online. I am currently separated and have two daughters born in 1992 and 1994 who keep me busy with hockey, dance class and everything else they can fit in.
College
Finally went to College in 2000. Certificate in emergency Telecommunications (now I teach one of the lab classes for it)
Also went back to school online last year - finishing my Certificate in Training/Adult Education and started a certificate in GIS (Geographical Information Systems)
