Andrea's Story
Life
Since graduating from SCJ, I received my BS & MS in Criminal Justice. I am married to a local attorney and now we have 5 children (2 from my previous marriage that he adopted in 2003). After working for 5 years at the Juvenile Court as a probation officer and the birth of our 4th child, I decided to change careers and am now teaching at Shuman Middle School. I'm teaching 6th grade language arts. My children are 18, 16, 7, 5, and 1. All are a joy to me. The oldest is a daughter, and will be attending Armstrong this fall. My 16 year old will return to Johnson as a junior in the fall. This will be another tough school year for him, as he has recently been diagnosed with Crohn's Disease.
