I am currently a plastic surgical nurse with a practice in Connecticut. I have recently moved to Portland Oregon (very cool city) but return to Connecticut once to twice a month to follow up with my patients. I will also be starting a practice on the west coast as well. Portland is a gorgeous city that has many knick names, one of them being the "city of roses". It is close to the mountains which you can see very beautifully on a clear day. You can drive west to be on the coast in about 50 minutes. I live in an area of the city called the "Pearl District". It is known for it's funky art galleries, boutique shopping and restaurants. I am thrilled to live in such a beautiful area of the city. It is an 8 minute walk to work with multiple coffee shops and cafes on the way! I live near the Willamette Valley which is getting a name for it's Pinot Noir. For those that know me, I thoroughly enjoy wine and prefer bigger heavier wines.
