Rene's Story
Greetings from North Idaho. I graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in 1984 with a BS in Marketing. Cal Poly is where I met my husband of 31 years. We have 2 incredible kids, 25 and 21 years old. After college I worked at Harbor UCLA Med Center for 8 years coordinating a Pediatric Cancer Research Group. We moved north a couple of times and finally landed in Hayden Lake Idaho I was a stay at home mom for 20 years-the hardest job I have ever had. District coordinating the Facility Rentals program. I am an avid skier and teach skiing at Silver Mountain during the winter. I love the 4 seasons of North Idaho and the wonderful people. I am filled with wonderful memories of QHHS and often reminisce about my 4 years spent swimming competitively on the varsity team as well as some shenanigans that I shared with my friends-you know who you are! Those were some great times! Can't wait to see who turns up for the reunion in August.
