Penny's Story

Hey everyone!! Twenty years has come and gone. But they were great years!!! After high school I entered an Interpreter Training Program for the Deaf. I never met anyone deaf until then and thought the communication was a lot of fun!!!! I then married Shane Schaetzel, some of you may know him as a kick ass swimmer for Covina high. We moved to Missouri and met soooooooo many other Californian's here. Shane works with Greg Epps from the class of 1986, I believe. We have been married for 14 years. We thought we didn't want kids but decided...Expand for more
to stir things up for our 10 yr. anniversary. Michael was born the day before. A couple of years later we had Lauren. They keep us VERY busy but it's all good. I am currently working as a full-time mom and a part-time interpreter for Missouri State University and Ozark Technical Community College. I really enjoy getting out some but also have the luxury of being home with the kids. p.s. here is a shameless plug for our home business...itravelhealth.com for anyone traveling out of the country and wants medical insurance...had to advertise. :)
