Made keesh today.  One for Cyndi and one for me.  In order to retain my man card I made mine with peppers and baked it in a cast iron skillet.

Livin' on the edge.  Zucchini bread from Christmas found in the back of the frig, toasted, with pumpkin butter.  If you don't here from me soon, it's been fun.

Naan bread recipe, allowed to rise once, hand pressed on a cookie sheet, slathered with a blend of roasted elephant garlic, olive oil, pecorino romano, fresh ground black pepper and sea salt.  Now to let it rise once more.
This turned out wonderful! My dad said to save the recipe.
Okay here's my rant for the month.  Cyndi and I had a craving for good pizza.  Since we had a late breakfast we decided to have a late lunch in Bloomington so we went for pizza.  Stolfas had good ratings on trip advisor so
I know my dad is deathly afraid of snakes but I could swear he is part reptile. Here is the elusive Duanicus Mocki warming himself in the late October sun.
