I didn't want to be the starving musician, so when I learned about recording studios at the University of Miami, I thought it was right up my alley. I changed majors and schools and got a job building recording studio equipment for Sony in Ft Lauderdale. from there I got a job working for Deep Purple at the studio fixing the huge mixing consoles and playing soccer goalie for the Deep Purple team and at one point playing against Def Leppard . Surreal I tell you. From there, I worked and built half the studios in central florida and went to run the Allman Brothers studio in Sarasota. Great place to live. Moved out to Hollywood, California and worked at the studio that recorded MJ's "Thriller" in the 80's and we did No doubt and Weezer and Madonna and such. My best friend and I would record at night in these famous rooms and we will be releasing the results in the near future.I'll play the cd for you if you ask. A cross between Coldplay and Radiohead. I lived my dream that I had for music. and it's not over! Now I work as a senior tech at Fullsail in orlando which is a recording school that has some of the most impressive campuses anywhere. Ask me about it if you see me. too log a list to go on, but every student has an internet connection at his desk! I install and maintain all of the recording studio audio equipment. exactly what I would want to do. My dreams arent what I expected them to be, but Im happy with them now.
