Andrew's Story
Life
I am currently the Director of Redevelopment for the City of Pinole/Pinole Redevelopment Agency in Pinole, CA (East Bay). I've worked in economic development and redevelopment since I graduated from UC Davis. My career has taken me to some very rural places (like Plumas and Modoc Counties), but since '99 i've been back in an urban environment! ikes and play poker! I'm also still an avid stamp collector and specialize in the postal history of Great Britain from 1841-56 with an emphasis on the development of postal rates between countries.
