Andrew's Story
Hi all,
You may remember me as one of the athletic trainers for the sports teams during High School. Or one of those 3 strange guys (Aaron Rude & Max Joy) who hung out together all the time. Hell you might not even remember me at all, but that¿s ok I don¿t remember much from back then.
Well I ended up becoming a Professional Stagehand. That¿s right my work is plays. I¿m the Master Electrician at the Seattle Repertory Theatre and currently working on my 100th professional production, sorry High school and College doesn¿t count, as a Master Electrician.

sident of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE) Local 15. IATSE is the Union that works on most movies and TV shows. You can see the IA bug at the end of the credits. Local 15 covers the Seattle-Tacoma area and has about 700 members.
My life went in directions I never dreamed of while in class at Ingraham. I never thought I would be elected to lead a group of people. A group of amazing, damaged, talented, crazy, fun loving people. The people I work with, for the most part, are doing it for the art, the love of theatre.
High School was fun but I think the best part of my life is just starting.
