Angela's Story

Life I have tried to enjoy my life everyday. I celebrate being a black woman. I've done more than I planned and look forward to what I have yet to do. After I quit my job of 10 years and drove cross country to see what I could get into, I've had more adventures than I can truly remember. I live in Northern California, Make a living as a Nurse, write and perform poetry/spoken word. I am getting married and have no children. (I am not missing kids at all). My fiance has 2 little girls and I am having fun with them....Expand for more
I have dodged the cancer bullet a few times by paying attention to my body but before my time runs out there a few more things to do on my list. The accompkishment closest to my heart was the production of my poetry CD. I had my words set to music (jazzy) and it was received well. I am very proud of it and getting ready to work on another. I am currently home recovering from some surgery I had and enjoying my home. My wish for all who read this: Be aware of the blessings everyday because you just never know......
