Life
Hey there follow Drydenites'. Hard to believe it has been 10 freakin' years!
So what am I doing these days?Well............
I did the college thing for bit. I soon realized I was not ready to spend another 4 years or more in a classroom environment. Soooo..........
I moved to the Virginia Beach area for a short while, good times too. I came back to Ithaca and left again to drive to AZ to 'pick up' a friend. Two months later I was headed for sunny Florida!
I stayed in Florida living life day to day and had a blast. I sold Kirby's door to door. I even won an all expense 3 day paid vacation to Panama City in a four star hotel. That was a freakin' BLAST!
I roomed with the the bass player from Rainbow for a short time, Craig Gruber. He toured with Ozzy in the early 80's while they were between...Expand for more
bass players. Not many can say that.
I drank beer, played pool, sang Kareoke, traveled, worked, met tons of people and enjoyed life. I was broke some days and sometimes longer but always managed. Not much has changed.
I also managed to meet a great guy in Jacksonville FL. We are like peas and carrots we are. We will be getting hitched in Sept. 2006. Seems crazy to me still.
Doug and I moved back to the Ithaca area two years ago. We decided a change may be nice. I think we are both ready for another change soon. I liked Texas, Colorado was nice too.
I still plan to go back to school. I am thinking about a million possibilities.
I hope to narrow it down at some point.
I can say this for sure..............
Time passes very quickly.
Make the most of it.
Do not be afraid to risk it all.
