Angela's Story
Wanna know my story? It's the type of thing novels and real-life movies are made of. But then again doesn't everyone have a story to tell? Did you live on the streets trying to make it day to day? Were you part of a catastrophe like Hurricane Katrina or the attack on 9-11? Did you live a life filled with abuse and fear? Or were you one of the lucky ones that were able to live happily ever after?
What's my story? It's a story that has made me stronger and is one that has made me grow as a person. I have learned to look at life differently and cautiously. I have also learned that sometimes you have to ride with the wind and see what life has in store for you.
I know how important friends are. Real friends are the ones that are there to comfort you in times of trouble. They are there to offer encouragement when you are feeling down or feel that the task at hand can not be accomplished. le that have helped me weather the storms I have been in. For that I am truly grateful.
I may have been unlucky in certain things in life but I am truly blessed in love and joy that I have each day when I look at the 4 beautiful girls I call my daughters. I am in awe of my 5 granddaughters and their personality and spark and just knowing that a part of me will be immortalized for eternity. I am lucky to find such a great love. I am getting married to my best friend. A man that when we were in high school I thought was too young and too short. If I knew then what I know now but then we may not appreciate each other the way we do. I cannot wait to spend the rest of my life as the wife of Nickolas Cucinotta.
I have learned to believe that life is short and if you blink the chance or opportunity has come and gone. I know that Change Begins TODAY! Tomorrow is never promised and today is a gift. The changes we make in life begin NOW!
Tomorrow depends on me. How will I choose to live it?
Everyday I surprise myself with the choices I make or the things I do. But I will no longer live with regret. I will do everything for me.
