Angela's Story
Since high school, I worked at Dillards, Delta Airlines, (and that job made me decide what I really want in life) after two years with Delta. I quit and went to Dental Assisting School; Utah Career College, I graduated in 1997 and worked in the field (cosmetic & oral maxillo-facial surgery) until I had my second child (daughter)and then decided to be a stay-home Mom. I can always go back to work but not back to my babies. I have known my husband since I was 16 yrs old and we married in September of 1998 in Maui, Hawaii, on the Kanaapali Beach and the Hyatt Regency Resort. Each year with our four kids we go to the Hawaiian Islands. We just recently got back from Kauai. Our children our Markus, 15, Arianna 10, Alyssa 9, Caleb 7. Mark is getting ready to celebrate his 20 yr reunion class of 89 (Skyline) although he went their we decieded to crash the Granger renuion instead, as we are both from that school and know everyone so it will be interesting to see everyone. Our 7 yr old, Caleb was diganosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy, Type 2 at 18 mths. This came as a shock as there are no histories on each family and didn't have a clue what it was. We have been through some very rough times but Caleb has brought nothing but happiness to our family; he's such a character and has a happy-go-lucky attitude despite being in a wheelchair and constantly being in PICU at Primary's with pneumonia's. He has taught us that life is meant to be lived and enjoyed, don't sweat the small stuff and to always be kissed goodnight.
