Anita's Story
Life
I retired in 2003 from Hertz RAC after 25 yrs and moved to Livingston where my husband and I built a house. I am presently working for Polk-San Jacinto Soil and Water Conservation District in Livingston, couldn't stay home long. I have 7 wonderful grandkids (1 inherited)6 boys and one girl. The boys keep us hopping, going to ball games and such. My husband is a retired HPD officer, that toward the end of his career patrolled Huffman. Our hobbies are riding our ATV's...Expand for more
, camping, fishing and my personal favorite, shopping, and we do a lot of that.
I was able to attend two of the class reunions and was really glad to catch up with fellow Falcons. Looking forward to more reunions in the future.
My hero was my Mother. She was a single woman for a good part of my life with her own business. I got my independence from her, my stubborn streak, well let's just say I'm German. I miss my Mother everyday, even though she has been gone 22 years.
