Anita's Story
Worked in nursing homes to start, then moved to Portland (where my mother lives) and had a temporary job at the Post Office. Temporary turned into full time. Now I have more than 37 years in the USPS and would like to retire while I still have my sanity and retirement money. My daughter, 22, is working up at our local zoo, and my son at age 20 is a Marine stationed in Hawai...Expand for more
i. I still love to read and I'm on my kindle all the time. There are no men in my life right now. Nor am I looking.My love passed away at 61, after a nasty illness. That's been over three years ago. I still miss him. It took me a while to find the Science Fiction community, and I'll be going to more conventions, especially in the NW. Greetings to all, but I won't be there.
